First one

I can't remember how many times I've tried to lose weigh and failed miserably.  I don't know what's different about THIS time, but I'm hoping the motivation sticks.  I've tried to take away as many excuses as possible...I've joined a gym and am trying to eat clean/paleo.  I'm really disappointed that my trainer is leaving next week.  He's been really great for motivating and pushing me to lose the weight.  He offered to take me on at his new gym, but at a 30 minute drive each way...I can't justify the additional expense/time.   I've been watching a lot of Biggest Loser episodes on Hulu and I think that giving myself a similar 12 week challenge will keep me in check.
